The floor has been "dug up in places & the Need Replaced floor tiles insurance covers accidental also.If know damage.Would year insurance company see this as unfortunate occure year and pay or see it as bad workmanship only.The house WAS built 4 years ago Does not Come With A goal builders warranty.It Was a self build job.Many thanks
