My boyfriend and I are considering moving closer to o Which Is college about 35-40 miles away in a rural area ...
Would it be cheaper to buy an Existing House (The Closest To The Communities available college Is About 8-10 miles away from The College)
or buy land Closer to the college and Have Our Own home custom-built by a pro business like GJ Gardner Homes?
we're kinda stuck on goal definitly What to do (maybe) moving ... soon ...

Most likely it is cheaper to buy an existing house 8-10 miles away from the college.The price of the land close to the college will be expensive because of the location.However, if you think long term, it will be a better investment to buy the land and build your house because of the demand for houses near the campus.
