Does Anyone have any reviews of house builders in nsw? We Are Trying To Decide Between GJ Gardner, Perry, Coral homes? Coral Seem To Be The cheapest THEY Butare The Same quality? Ant advice gratefully Would Be Received .. Its a hard decision to make!

Easiest method of making your decision:ask for and check references.Find out whether the contractor followed the schedule, stayed within budget, how receptive they were to changes the owners wanted to make (there will be some), the quality of work done, how well punch list items were corrected, etc.Price should not be the top of your priority list, maybe 3rd or 4th.Hope this helps.
