I Went to a street in Parma I Believe A Few Years Ago. There Were houses about 10 That Were lit up like crazy, I can not remember WHERE purpose exactly. It Might Have Been Parma not, It Was definitely has to Cleveland suburb. Any help Would be great. I guess people drive from all over to see 'em. It's in a development and I'm pretty sure at The End of a cul-de-sac.
