First of all: you need to know Las Vegas has over 5000 For closures. You can call the news people if you want. Yea Vegas is like third in line for the worst place to buy a home. Stay away from N. La's Vegas near Nellis, Craig area. very dangerous to live. Henderson is the perfect place to live. Cost is a lot more but is very beautiful. You could live up in the summerlin area. Stay away from the Mountain View new home area unless you want to buy one of the for closure homes. They screwed the people they're really bad. Buying with KB Homes is a very good investment. Building a home. I don't know. So many of the bran new homes are under. Also make sure you find out if your neighborhood has rats. We moved in to our home at Eastern &Windmill. To our surprise this neighborhood has rats. Were not gonna buy this home at all. Just gonna rent and keep looking. Sorry too tell you all this bad news but I hate it when people are cheated with the money you have saved. Your really like the Henderson area. A lot of medical building, hospitals, nice schools etc. For some reason Gal. of gas is more. So we would always get it in town. Welcome to vegas. We love it.
