Dude - evaluation center could be a place hooking up a Dr. recommendation in exchange for $ to sign the form.Ask them to not add you to the mailing list. Can't tell you how all the different 'evaluation centers' operate.

I Was Interested in getting a medical marijuana recommendation for severe insomnia (i am over 18) to I am not sure if The Evaluation Center mails Anything regarding The recommendation to my home. Can somebody let me know if THEY do or do not?
