I Am Trying to figure out The Cost of Building an average house (cost / sq. Ft.) In suberbs of MD. Can Some One help me in getting this answer, I would appreciate if it Could Be Broken in level of construction like basement, FF SF, etc.

well honestly the usa is extremely costly but in MD it is a little less expensive for a very close estimate i would say 700,00 including furnishings and all the expence no furniture probably still 600,000$very costly to build my advice: buy a brand new home that would be like 400,00$ in MD strongly suggested!
