Are There Any Job That Would Be Especially suited for Someone With A Major in Business (focus in Finance) and a minor in (and passion for) Anthropology / Archaeology? Maybe With positions in excavation, Marine salvage, consulting, appraisal artifact, museum management, etc.?

A good idea for you degrees would be to go into an international business firm. You business degree would fit that need and your anthro degree would be ideal to show them you have a better understanding of their clientele then someone with a business degree or related alone. Hospitals are another good idea, as more and more hospitals are hiring medical anthropologists, and your business degree would help with the financing part. Look for companies that need business people and that deal with a wide range of cultures and people, hospitals, fortune 500 companies, the government (INS, census workers, etc), law enforcement agencies, libraries, television stations (Discover, Nat Geo, TLC),courthouses, or any other jobs like that.
