WHO rates are completely misleading and non-applicable to the United States ..

Ratings based on "Fairness" are bias towards socialist / collectivist Nations as they plunder the working class to provide for other individuals responsibilities

Ratings based on "Life expectancy" are 100% bias against he US system...as the US system reports EVERY death from birth as a "Death" - while numerous other Nations will report these as "Losses" and not actual "Death"

I'm a democrat, but this bill was awful. Yes it fixed some good things like lifetime and yearly caps and preexisting conditions. BUT, it didn't fix the HEART OF THE PROBLEM, which is FOR PROFIT INSURANCE. Public health-care (and public campaign finance) needs to be implemented.

I provided with you the logic of how the competition plays out in a "for profit" system...the solely for profit, not worried about education quality schools would be weeded out of the system...

Look at todays schools, look in DC...education quality sucks, are they weeded out?...no, more money is proposed as the solution when lack of money is not the problem.
