I have a holding in my day condo.One the Water heater in my unit broke (due to aging) and Damaged's taking my personal belongings (laptop, clothes, etc.).. I agree thats the cause of the Problem cam from my side ( Although I never Expected It To Happen).
Should my condo insurance cover victimes The Property damages to my piece, gold IS resonponsible taking my own history for personal belongings?

No not at all.Your tenants insurance covers their property, your insurance covers yours.
Your tenant is responsible for their own property, it is not possible for them to hold you or yourinsurance company accountable.
