Recently I've Had a Barclays assistant Trying to get me to upgrade to The Barclays Additions Active account for £ 15 a month. Does it "should" pretty good but I'm not sure if it's Too Good To Be True. It Would Be On a joint account Which Means That me and my partner CAN Benefit from it. We Currently pay £ 10.99 a month to The Heat Team (Baxi) for protection On Our boiler and I pay £ 4.99 a month for mobile insurance Paying So We Will not Be Any extra and We Will Get More Protection For the £ 15. However I am a bit dubious.
Our boiler / central heating protection IS Covered By The Baxi (the makers) And They are very good and reliable, They Are Quick to Respond and Will come out as soon as you suspect a problem. Barclays SOS Home Which Is With The additions included account cover boiler, central heating, plumber, electric etc.. Sounds like more for the money order I've read a couple of bad reviews and I'm worried Thats the boiler protection isn't as comprehensive as my current One With Baxi. The literature on it IS a bit brief.
Mobile phone insurance is better Than my current one as It Does not Currently cover 'lost' phones.
Travel insurance That Comes With Barclays Additions Active IS IS Useful this year as we are going aboard (first time in 5 years). Maybe Not So Useful in the Future. We do not go aboard a Lot
The RAC cover included ... well weekends Have Both 09 & 59 reg so because it's Unlikely We Will Benefit. Both coaches more Currently have 1 year free roadside cover That With The cam purchase.
Is it worth it? My Concern Is That My current boiler protection has been "top notch and That Is Probably The One We Will have combi boilers MOST Used Can Be temperamental.
Any views is this? Whose Been With Barclays Additions and What are your views?
Thanks

Sounds a good deal, but check the small print or ask the
guy right out for say.
"Is my boiler covered as soon as i sign up with you"
well you get the idea check into it thoroughly before signing
and ask your partner if it sounds Ok
And the other thing is if you are happy with the deal you have now
then why change.
good luck
Have a great weekend
