There Was this character in the early years of "Popeye" & the 1980 movie named George Geezil; He Was One Of The People Who Disliked J. Wellington Wimpy.
He dressed in black and long black Had a beard: What I'm wondering Is What historical nationality (German, Jewish {?}, Etc..) IS Supposed To Be?
If you remember "any of this" Geezil "character, I Would Be Interested in Hearing" Some historical background is genuine feedback, I think he owned a pawn shop at one time.
