POLICE BRUTALITY Cops Taser Old Man In His Own Home For Refusing Evaluation

Surly a young cop should be able to restrain this old man without a tazer. Police state is already here :( its a sad world. WAKE UP

So, they made a medical decision, and then enforced it by causing additional trauma to the accident victim.... how intelligent.

Honestly, the dept. should have taking disciplinary action on the officer...maybe tase him and shout "STOP RESISTING!" at him repeatedly so he has a taste of what that old man went through.

If they're insisting on taking the stance of defending their officer's actions, that police dept. deserves to be sued right out of existence.

Ahhhh, but now the Sheriff says the guy 'charged' the deputy when he stood up!!!

This, after he had been ordered to stand up several times and then did so??

But 'why' was the LAW even in his house in the 1st place. He'd already be evaluated & treated by the para-medics & they'd left?

Ahhh, but then the LAW says he must be evaluated because he said 'If I had a gun I'd shut myself'. How many folks have said the same thing when something went bad but didn't truly mean it; only felft bad??

If those basterds think they can attack an old man, force him into an evaluation, and break into his own. Well i would see those men and criminals and i would rightfully defend my self from them.

This video doesn't show it but just prior this part the man's wife informed the LAW several times & quite clearly that he had a heart condition.

So where did the LAW put the taser targeting blip? Right on the heart area !!

The cop actually took umbrage when told 'Fuck you' & immediately lit the guy up; not once, but at least 3 times
