the city hall should have the copies on file.whoever built it would have had to get the permits from the city and filed the architectual drawings with them.you will have to go down to the building department and look up your house by either your deed or by the plot of land.since the house was only built in the 70's there is a good chance that the files are there.

The plans Probably Were Filed by a now defunct builings co. Made up of firemen In The 1970's. THEY Would Have Had To file The plans With A schedule comimison Then? Would They Still Have Those records? Im Looking in partuicular pour la layout.LVVWD hand water?
