If year apartment burned down, And The Fire Was Not Your Fault, are you Entitled To Have Everything Replaced by insurance? Even though You Do not Have renter's insurance? The Fire Caused by WAS has malfunctioned electric stove. So isn't the Person Who Rented or company The Apartment in total fault? Thanks for any help!

You are not "entitled" to anything.The landlord's insurance will not cover the tenant's personal possession losses.That's what renters' insurance is for.You can try suing the party allegedly responsible, but you may never collect anything.
