If you've rebuilt in a nice suburban area, customized, upgraded but not extravagant Recently, What Was your cost per sq. ft? If not, do you know how I'd find this out? Thanks.

If you don't trust your agent did it right, find a new agent.If you don't trust that ANY agent will do it right, hire a contractor to give you a written estimate.OR, there are companies out there who will, fora fee, give you a calculation.
