I'd like to Obtain building plans for a building That Is Part of a public university. What Would Be The Best Way to Obtain it? Is it legal / possible for a private citizen to Obtain Copies Even if he has No Legitimate Reason To?
Also, There Are Different Types of plans? Specifically I'm looking for whatever specified The Pressure Of The concrete That Was Used to build it. Also, I am looking to Obtain The Plans That Specify the Walls and how They Are Laid Out.
Thanks in advance!

The authority that would have the plans on file is the county tax supervisor. They have a process for obtaining plans, but nowadays your request would be considered highly suspect, and you would probably be denied.
They might let you have them, but you would have to fill out some pretty detailed information about yourself and your reasons. And the fee runs around $15 per page nowadays.
