It won't . The are too subjective. all they might reveal is that you are well liked or not well liked by your peers.
when I was required to do them I always gave the person high marks and positive remarks.
If the Corp. was trying to find an excuse to let some one go . They wouldn't be able to use my review of them to justify it.
