I'd like somthing like a 2300 sq ft country style farm house With A small guest cottage is As Much as We Can Land AFFORD After the house (10 acres or so). Goal, I need to get a rough idea of the House Costs in order to look at land Actually. Short of going and sitting down to Tennessee With A builder, How Can We Get An Idea of How Much Would Something Like this cost? Any builders out there?
