None of the parts of a home inspection were revealed or included in this book. So it is NOT a worksheet with 111 checklists but only a very basic and simple guide. I could not recommend this to anyone. Get another book that has a more complete checklist that you can use and that is helpful. You will never be able to do a home inspection from using this checklist book. If you plan to take either an on-line or in classroom home inspection course, this is an excellent tutorial and reference; comes with quizzes after each chapter and a workbook at the end. The book is very well written and uses diagrams/pictures to drive the points home. Sadly there are other home inspection books out there with very few pictures and illustrations. This book however not only tells you what to look for it shows you...and after all a picture is worth 1,000 words.
