When Taking out holiday insurance company The Same i used i have Always Used to This Time We Were Taking a motorcycle holiday so i Asked specifically if We Were The Broker Covered for touring around europe on motorcycles or o If I Needed to take extra cover as this isn't everyday Joe Bloggs year holiday. I Was Placed on hold & the member of staff and cam back Told Me I Did not Need to Asked and No Further details.
My partner WAS Killed in a motorcycle accident whilst on holiday in France. The Insurance company history body repatriated home to now Have Told Me THEY wont pay "any Death Benefit Because The WAS bike over 125cc. THEY Paid For Him to come home "ex gratia".
Goal I Was Led To Believe I Was Covered by The Broker Who Went and Obviously Someone Asked whether it be THE INSURANCE COMPANY gold colleague. Do I have a box? Whats my next move? Who do i "go to the insurace company gold The Broker?" Any information I would appreciate Thanks in advance

Please accept my sympathy.Most brokers must take out E&O insurance (errors and ommission).If your attorney sues the broker the claim will most likely be paid by the brokers insurance.Its worth a shot.
