General Insurance Required For Self Managed Super Funds
Question: My SMSF Owns Both commercial and residential (investment) properties. I lease out The Commercial property, and rent out property The Residential. I tell all my supporters optometrist Need to hold insurance. My goal accountant Told Me That This Is Not Enough? She Said my SMSF Needs Its Own to take out insurances over-the properties. Why Would Need to insure my property SMSF That Is Already Insured? Is she overly Being Cautious?
