Fence And Property Boundaries

We Have a fencing problem! Hmmm o Our Neighbours left to claim That We are responsible for the fence and Our Neighbour o right to claim icts shared!
On Our deeds it has property o Marked With A red line around it are of Which Three Sides aussi Marked With measurements and a dotted line.
Unfortunatly the web sites indicato fences owned by a 'T' mark ... Our goal deeds that show this style.
Would I be right in thinking thats the 'dotted' fence marks (With The meassurements) o repsonsibility Would Be?
