EU Health Insurance Card Dont Go On Holiday Without It

is this card only for EU citizens or a foreigner get it too ?

it is only available for EU citizens im afraid.

If it's good, all the credit goes to the national government. But if it's bad, then this is because of Brussels.

I am just worried that one day we will have a mastercard (no not the freaking credit card) but a card which covers your entire life, your driver's license, your credit card, transport card, id, health insurance, and if you lose your'e screwed up the ass...

you don't need it on the beach just at your hotel. you will be treated and then later show your card and you will be covered.
