im about to start renting a flat in the UK and The Estate Agents (Fiction) Told me i HAVE To Have happy insurance. And wants me to pay £ 100 per year for Their one.
Do i HAVE To Have happy insurance, if so can you recommend Some cheaper ones?

Most landlords will require you to have it.The law doesn't require it, but if you sign the lease, you've agreed to carry it - contract law.
If you don't want to carry it, find a place that won't make you carry it.
They're all priced about the same.
