
We rent a property for business in 2005 and never sincere recieved Any Invoices From The Property Insurance Agent About the Building, and feels Recently THEY us 4 Invoices Demanding us to pay for Building Insurance sincere 2005-2010.
Do I still obligate to pay? gold Just Pay To The upcoming period?

You must pay what is owed. You were covered during that time, therefore, you must pay for the coverage. With commercial insurance, if you don't pay, they will not only cancel you, they will go after the money with a collection agency. You cannot get out of this without it adversly affecting your credit and future ability to attain coverage from a reputable insurance company.
My question to you would be, if you didn't receive an invoice in that length of time, why didn't you ask for one? If I don't receive a bill from my electric company, I call them.
