The Greek Village Project is a 10-year, $ 104 million overhaul of the Existing Greek Court. Scheduled Improvements include The Replacement of all current 1960s-era fraternity and sorority houses in a phased demolition, all new roadways and infrastructure as well as "Other amenities.
The Project is unique in That It Will Provide aussi EACH chapter participante the Opportunity to design, build and own house icts. The term of the Ground Lease for 40 years Will Be, Renewable Additional year for 40 years, at a cost of $ 1 per year. The Project Will include 20 chapter houses and town homes for Small Group.
Each Greek organization responsible for Will Be The Cost of Building and Maintaining icts new chapter house, while Planning and Infrastructure Costs Will Be Shared Between the University and the organisms.
