
I Was thinking of building a house in Nebraska. Where is the cheapest place to build a house, Both in Nebraska and America in general? I Was thinking of building it on maybe 3-5 acres of land, thinking of Have horses. Would That Affect The Cost of building a house building Compared to it in a city? How much, we average, Does building a house cost? How Much Does 3-5 acres cost? 1 acre? Thanks.

In general, contractors may charge between $85/ square foot - $200 or more /square foot - it just depends.
Most say to allow up to 12 months to build, although it may take as few as 5 months, depending on your builder.Prepare for the unexpected, though.
